From 1991 to 1994 I wanted to be Peter Scmeichel, I only wore goalkeeper tops (my favourite was the Denmark Euro 92 Final top above), and I desperately wanted his special Reusch gloves but they were about £80 and they didnt do them for 10 year old kids. I remember I entered a competion in Match or Shoot to spend a day with Peter Schmeichel, I had the whole day planned out (I think my plan was just to knock on all my friends houses and show him off, but I doubt I would have been allowed) but I didnt win, and that was the biggest disapointment in my life.

I remeber there was legends that he had to have his shirt specialy made as he was so huge and he looked like dolph lungdren.
