BRITISH FOLK

My friend Queenie - aka James Pearson-Howes - has just published a book of photographs about the British Folk scene. This 32-page limited edition paperback looks at the darker and more surreal side of folk customs in the UK. Designed by Ditto Press, it will be be stocked at Motto Books in Berlin, The KK Outlet and Concrete Hermit in London, and the Inventory shop in Vancouver, Canada. More shops are to be confirmed. The book will also be available to order online on his website by the end of the month.

I THOUGHT I WAS ALONE

When our friend LELE SAVERI isnt hanging out in coffee shops drinking expressos and chatting to hot chicks he's busy taking photographs and organising a collective called I THOUGHT I WAS ALONE featuring aload of great photographers including our buddies JAMES PEARSON-HOWES, BEN RAYNER and JONNIE CRAIG. Tonight is the opening night for their first show at DREAM BAGS JAGUAR SHOES, so if you're around east London pop in and have some free booze and look at some lovely photos, but if you cant make it tonight dont worry, the show will be up for a few weeks.
