TONITE'S EUROPEAN VACATION
Dunno why I haven't put this up yet, it's a mixtape by Fergadelic (my hero) and Riton called TONITE'S EUROPEAN VACATION done for Tim Sweeney's excellent BEATS IN SPACE just over a year ago. Ive listened to it loads, its got some greats stuff by Soft Machine (post Robert Wyatt), Amon Duul II, Todd Rundgren, Bowie, Pink Project, XTC and 2 amazing songs by bands I'd never heard of before, Canadian Prog band, Syrinx, and Dutch 70's band MISTRAL. Enjoy!

Here is footage of David Bowie talking and preforming Golden Years and Fame on Soul Train, it was actually the first time a white man had performed on Soul Train which I think is pretty cool and was during his Thin White Duke period. I always get annoyed when people pronounce Bowie wrong, its bow-ie as in, a bow and arrow, not bow-ie as in, take a bow, just thought I'd clear that up.
