TONITE'S EUROPEAN VACATION

Dunno why I haven't put this up yet, it's a mixtape by Fergadelic (my hero) and Riton called TONITE'S EUROPEAN VACATION done for Tim Sweeney's excellent BEATS IN SPACE just over a year ago. Ive listened to it loads, its got some greats stuff by Soft Machine (post Robert Wyatt), Amon Duul II, Todd Rundgren, Bowie, Pink Project, XTC and 2 amazing songs by bands I'd never heard of before, Canadian Prog band, Syrinx, and Dutch 70's band MISTRAL. INVISIBLE SEX

Here is a clip of obsure group Invisible Sex performing the song 'Valium', supposedly no one actually knows the identity of any of the band, the lead singer sounds kinda French to me, a bit like Marie Et Les Garcons combined with The Stranglers, anyone know? It's taken from the 1982 film 'Urgh! A Music War' which filmed performances from bands including Devo, The Go-Go's, Dead Kennedys, Au Pair, Pere Ubu, XTC, Surf Punks, Gang Of Four, Magazine and X. I need to buy this.
