"EMO-FAG" BASHING

Emo kids across Latin America are being attacked by running gangs of metal, punk and skater kids. The violence started in Mexico and has since spread south to Chile. It seems the emo kids, derided as "PokEMOns," attracted so much hostility because the other kids think that they're faggotty posers with hammy haircuts who have stolen from other subcultures, and are otherwise "fucking bullshit," as one TV presenter announced on-air. The PokEMOns have since gone on "peace marches," further fueling the hatred of the Mars Volta look-a-like mobs. I thought the Mexi-goths had it bad, but what really gets me about the emo-fag-bashing in Mexico is that they don't pick on The Ranferis.
